The number of people with disabilities is increasing as a result of factors such as population growth, aging and prolonged medical advances. These factors are creating huge demand for health and rehabilitation services. Furthermore, the lives of people with disabilities are made more difficult by the way society interprets and reacts to disability, which requires environmental and attitudinal changes. The earlier emphasis on medical rehabilitation has now shifted to social rehabilitation Disability is both a cause and a consequence of poverty. About 80% of the world's disabled people live in low-income countries and experience social and economic disadvantage and denial of rights. Poverty limits access to health and rehabilitation services.

Recognizing this need, the organization started its work in the year 2012 through the disabled social rehabilitation project in 30 villages of Ghatji taluka of Yavatmal district covering health, education, socialization, employment and empowerment for 423 disabled persons. Because according to the 2011 census, the number of disabled people in India is 2.86 lakh and 69% of them live in rural areas. Although this number is small compared to the population of the country, it is far from development. The society has not accommodated this element anywhere, they have a secondary position even in the collective wealth, facilities and rights of the family. This element is considered inefficient and is not given employment. So their condition has become very bad. This is a terrible truth and he decided to work for this neglected element.
