Children are the future generation of our country and should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential. To achieve this, all children need access to quality education, nutrition and a safe environment. Children are being helped to pursue their aspirations with the help of Rasikashray. Rasikashray addresses the critical needs of children by working with parents, teachers, Anganwadi workers, community, taluk and district level, children to bring about sustainable change.
Notebooks and other school materials are not available due to poverty, disinterest in education and some other reasons. Rasikashray has been doing the work of providing school kits to such children for the past two years, including those without parents, farm labourers, landless, disabled, blind, addicted parents and underprivileged children... In this academic year, 663 children from tribal areas in 40 villages were given school kits. .
