Rasikashraya also recognises that a donation may be made in error or donors may change their mind. Rasikashraya will examine each request for refund of donation and attempt to make the refund. Rasikashraya may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, Rasikashraya is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund

of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

If you would like your donation to Rasikashraya to be refunded, a written request / email stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to Nitin Pawar Coordinator (rasikashraya@gmail.com) with the following details:

• Date of donation

• Donation amount

• For cheque/ draft payments – cheque/draft no.

• For credit card payments – credit card number (Last 4 digits only), credit card provider name, transaction number

• For online payments – Donation-ID.

Request received later than 5 days after receipt of the donation will not be processed.
